What’s up!
Qmumf here. So this past Saturday I played an event to raise money for Tony Strollo’s family, who passed away unexpectedly a few weeks ago. Tony Strollo was a dear friend to Bruce Springsteen and his personal trainer. It is a terrible thing that Tony passed away but it was nice to see all the people that came out to support his family. After I played a solo set, I went back stage to put my guitar away. I noticed Bruce hanging out. I engaged in some small talk with him. I told him about the recording of our live album coming up this weekend and invited him to come out. He said that he knew about the event and that he was going to try and make it out one of the nights! Bruce along with everyone back stage complemented on my guitar, and he asked to play it! He liked the way it sounded, and asked me if he could use my guitar on stage for his surprise set. I said yes, obviously! After his set he thanked me again and said that he was going to try to make it out to the event!
pretty rad, right?
